4. When does my repair timeline start?

Your repair timeline begins only after payment for the invoice is received. Any delay in payment will result in a delayed repair start date. Additionally, the repair timeline pauses once the device is shipped back to you.

Shipping & Return Shipping

You are responsible for safely shipping your iPhone logic board to BoardLabs. We recommend secure packaging to prevent any damage during transit. Please send only the logic board; if the fully assembled device is sent, we will not be held liable for any damage during disassembly.

6. What are the return shipping fees?

For repairs under £75, a return shipping fee applies and is included in your invoice. This fee must be paid before the device is returned. For repairs over £75, return shipping is free.

7. What if I decide not to proceed with the iPhone logic board repair after the diagnostic?

If you choose not to proceed, a £35 diagnostic fee applies, along with the shipping cost to return your device. Both fees must be paid before we can return your device.

After completing an initial diagnostic, we will send you an invoice. Payment is required before any repair work begins. This step confirms your acceptance of our terms and allows us to start your repair within our estimated timeframe.
